Uh oh, you would've been pwned!

Don't worry though- this time, you've only been rickrolled. ;-)

This domain is an example of a homoglyph attack. , in which similar appearing characters are swapped into a URL to appear similar to an known website-
to humans, anyways. In this case, the domain ĝoogle.com looks similar to the legitimate search engine webpage.

A homoglyph attack is a trick where someone makes a fake website or message that looks real, but isn’t. They do this by swapping letters with other letters or symbols that look almost the same. For example, the letter "o" and the number "0" look very alike, or a normal "a" and a special version from another language can look identical. So instead of going to "google.com", you might accidentally click on "ĝoogle.com" (with special letters), and not notice the difference.

This works because our eyes see the word as normal, but the computer treats those letters as completely different. The attacker hopes you won’t notice and will type your password, credit card number, or other secrets into their fake site. It’s like if someone gave you a pretend key that looks the same as your house key, but it actually opens their door instead.
